My career began in mechanical engineering and vehicle analysis before a Master of Design supported my transition into experience design. Today, I combine research, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to simplify complex workflows.

Lead UX strategy, UX writing, and design quality for Mercedes-Benz HQ across 20+ products. Deliver end-to-end design for Zones, journey mapping and usability testing for Yara’s Tanzania launch, and UX design for a Singapore government generative AI proof of concept. Guide four UX designers and lead design recruitment.

Led end-to-end design for a health and fitness mobile app, from research and ideation to testing and delivery. Partnered with the Design Director and incorporated resident interviews and feedback into the experience.

Designed an online retail credit application launched in South Africa and Australia. Revamped dealer workflows in Japan, South Korea, and Russia, spanning finance and insurance quotes, applications, and contracts. Worked across research, prototypes, stakeholder reviews, and implementation.

Designed HPE’s IT service management application over a 17+ month engagement, including onsite collaboration in San Francisco. Designed an e-order management application for Dell Technologies and earned a promotion to Senior Specialist.
