Deliver end-to-end design for Zones, journey mapping and usability testing for Yara’s Tanzania launch, and UX design for a Singapore government generative AI proof of concept. Guide four UX designers and lead design recruitment.

Led end-to-end design for a health and fitness mobile app, from research and ideation to testing and delivery. Partnered with the Design Director and incorporated resident interviews and feedback into the experience.

Designed an online retail credit application launched in South Africa and Australia. Revamped dealer workflows in Japan, South Korea, and Russia, spanning finance and insurance quotes, applications, and contracts. Worked across research, prototypes, stakeholder reviews, and implementation.
